Essential Oil- Rosemary Certified Organic 11ml

100% pure essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis. Steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops of a small herbaceous shrub which grows in Tunisia. Certified Organic with ACO.

Rosemary is a popular study/work aid, muscle relaxant and hair tonic. STUDY BLEND: Add 2 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Lemon, 2 drops Basil & 2 drops Peppermint to a diffuser. MUSCLE RUB: Mix 6 drops Rosemary with 1 tablespoon Unscented Jojoba Cream or 1 tablespoon Almond Oil and massage into sore areas. HAIR TONIC: Add 3 drops Rosemary to 1 tablespoon of your shampoo. Combine 2 drops Rosemary with 2 drops dispersal and add to a cup of warm water. After shampooing and conditioning, use as a final rinse. POST WORKOUT SOAK: Combine 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Lavender & 2 drops Marjoram with 6 drops dispersant and 1 cups Epsom Salts and add to a warm bath.

Use with caution if suffering from high blood pressure or epilepsy. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Dosages are for adults and children over 12. Halve dosages for children under 12 and the elderly. Seek professional advice for us on children under 2.
